The 3rd Step towards quitting smoking is to have a plan.

How do you develop a plan?

Simple

Study your smoking habit. Look for patterns. Your smoking is based on emotions and events.

For example, you might smoke when you are angry(emotion) or you might smoke with a cup of coffee (even: drinking coffee).

Once you define your behavior, it is much easier to work on it.

It is like working on a very well defined problem.

Now we know what the problem is.

We are ready to solve it.
